Scope Of This Policy

This Policy covers personal information we collect when you:

  • Visit arrowai.pro or any Arrow AI-operated subdomain

  • Subscribe to our email list, blog, or newsletter

  • Purchase a service, audit, subscription, or course

  • Engage Arrow AI for client work, including any audit that involves connection to your GoHighLevel (GHL) subaccount

  • Communicate with us by email, phone, scheduling tool, or form

This Policy does not cover third-party websites or services that link to or from ours. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and you should review their policies separately.

Information We Collect

3.1 Information you provide directly

  • Identifiers: name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address

  • Account credentials: username and password for course access or client portals

  • Payment information: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers

  • Communication content: messages you send us, support requests, scheduling notes

  • Course activity: lesson progress, completion status, and any content you post in course discussions

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent, and approximate location derived from IP

  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 7 for details

  • Analytics data: aggregated traffic patterns via Google Analytics 4 and similar tools

  • Marketing and analytics pixels: tags from analytics providers may record that your browser visited specific pages

3.3 Information collected during audit and consulting engagements

When you engage Arrow AI to audit or document a GoHighLevel subaccount, you grant us access to that subaccount through one or more connection methods (Private Integration Token, MCP server connection, browser extension, or direct admin invitation). During this work, we may access:

  • Workflow, automation, funnel, and pipeline configurations

  • Custom field structures, tags, calendars, and snapshot contents

  • Email and SMS templates, including merge field references

  • Contact records, opportunity records, and sub-account user lists as needed to map relationships

This information is yours, not ours.

We process it solely to deliver the services you have engaged us for. We do not sell it, share it, use it for marketing, or combine it with other data sets. See Section 5 for details on our role as a service provider.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver, maintain, and improve our services and website

    Process payments, send invoices, and fulfill orders

  • Communicate with you about your account, purchases, and support requests

  • Send marketing emails about Arrow AI services, with your consent and an option to unsubscribe at any time

  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues

  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights

Our Role When Auditing Client GHL Subaccounts

When Arrow AI accesses a client's GoHighLevel subaccount under a service agreement, we act as a service provider (under California law) and as a processor (under analogous frameworks) on behalf of that client. The client remains the controller of the personal information held in their GHL subaccount, including any end-user data.

In this capacity, Arrow AI:

  • Processes the client's GHL data only to perform the contracted audit, documentation, or build services

  • Does not retain, use, or disclose that information for any other commercial purpose

  • Does not sell or share that information

  • Does not combine that information with information from any other source

  • Returns or deletes audit working files within 30 days of engagement closure unless the client requests longer retention

Who We Share Information With

We share personal information only as described below.

6.1 Service providers and sub-processors

We use trusted third parties to operate our business. Each is bound by contract or platform terms to handle data only as instructed. Our current sub-processors include:

  • Anthropic, PBC - provides the Claude AI models used in our audit methodology

  • GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) - hosts our service delivery platform, course module, and client portal

  • Stripe, Inc. - processes payments and stores cardholder data under PCI-DSS

  • Google LLC - Workspace email hosting and analytics (GA4)

  • Make.com (Celonis SE) - workflow automation and integration platform

  • Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. - business banking and merchant services

We may engage additional service providers from time to time to support our operations. We will update this list when a new sub-processor begins handling personal information on our behalf. For the most current list, contact [email protected].

We do not sell personal information.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a manner requiring opt-out under California law. We do not rent or trade your contact information.

  • Audit working files: 30 days after closure (unless requested)

  • Final audit deliverables: per client agreement

  • Website analytics: up to 14 months

  • Course progress: life of product plus 3 years

10 Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest

  • Access limited to authorized personnel

  • Regular monitoring and security updates

  • No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

11 Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
