What Happens When - Journey Documentation

A plain-language map of what actually happens when a contact enters your system. Trace any trigger event - form submission, tag added, opportunity stage change - through every workflow, message, and automation it touches.

Conflict & Gap Detection

An automated review that surfaces conflicts (two workflows competing for the same contact, contradictory triggers), gaps (missed handoffs, dead-end automations, leads with no follow-up path), and inefficiencies hiding inside your subaccount.

Snapshot QA

Verification that a GHL snapshot is built correctly before you deploy it to a client. Catches missing custom fields, broken merge tags, untested automation paths, and configuration mismatches that would surface as client complaints later.
